Pittsburg man arrested for sexual contact with child

A 70-year-old man from Pittsburg was arrested after it was found that he allegedly had sexual contact with a child under 14. Teddy Lee Brand now faces one count of rape, two counts of aggravated criminal sodomy and two counts of aggravated indecent liberties of a child. He's being held in jail on a $100,000 bond. The investigation started earlier this month and the crimes are alleged to have occurred over the course of the past year.
