Death of infant being investigated in Ottawa County

Authorities in Oklahoma are investigating the death of an 11-month-old boy. Around 2 p.m. Sunday, Ottawa County Sheriff Jeremy Floyd says the Sheriff's Office was called to a rural area in Quapaw for an unresponsive infant. He says that upon arrival it was determined that the boy was deceased. The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is assisting with the investigation as an autopsy has been scheduled.
