'Back The Blue' billboard goes up on Rangeline

A new billboard has gone up in Joplin. This one shows support for law enforcement officers with 'BACK THE BLUE'. Supporters say our police need all the love they can get in today's world.

Back in June, an 'I CAN'T BREATHE' billboard was placed just a few blocks south on the busy road. It came after the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis.
