Police seek suspect in Springfield shooting

In Springfield, police are searching for a man who shot another man in the wee hours – around 1:30 - Saturday morning.

It all went down in an apartment project on East McDaniel Street.

Authorities say they’re told the shooting was preceded by an argument.

The victim’s injuries are NOT thought to be life-threatening.
