Missouri delegates for the Republican National Convention will not be going to Jacksonville after all.

Due to a flare up of COVID-19 cases in Florida there have been some changes. The President has called off that portion of the National convention. However, a few convention events are still being held in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The new plan is to have a small group of GOP delegates gather in Charlotte on August 24th. The smaller group will formally re-nominate President Trump.

Trump said he would deliver an acceptance speech in an alternate form.
