Child abuse in Joplin

Lights and sirens as Joplin Police escorted a 2-year-old child fighting for his life to the hospital.
Yesterday (Sunday) morning police were dispatched to the 1900 block of east 8th St. for a child that was not conscious and not breathing.
During the investigation 22-year-old Brian Ogrodnick of Joplin, MO was arrested for Abuse of a Child.
The juvenile child is being treated in Kansas City, MO and is listed in critical condition.
