Southwest City man arrested for rape of underage victim

A 46-year-old man from McDonald County is now facing rape charges. Read the full press release below:

On 04/22/2020, detectives with the McDonald County Sheriff’s Office were requested to assist in an ongoing Child Abuse investigation that occurred in Delaware County, Oklahoma, with ties to the Southwest City area.

On 04/28/2020, deputies and detectives with the McDonald County Sheriff’s Office, along with detectives with the Tulsa Police Department and agents with Homeland Security Investigations served two search warrants in the rural Southwest City, Missouri area. This resulted in the arrest of 46-year-old Walter Ramos, who is currently being held at the McDonald County Detention Center on a warrant for two counts of Rape-First Degree (Victim Under age 14) issued in Delaware County, Oklahoma.
