Oklahoma to reopen in three phases starting Friday
What do you think?

Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt has unveiled his three phase plan to reopen the state amid the coronavirus pandemic. It starts Friday, April 24th, with personal care businesses reopening. That includes hair salons, barbershops, nail salons and pet grooming services.
On Friday, May 1st, dine-in restaurants, gyms, movie theaters and churches would be able to reopen while maintaining CDC social distancing guidelines. It also includes weddings and funerals with more than ten people.
Stitt says they will continue to monitor the situation as the numbers come out each day and will make changes as needed to protect those most vulnerable to the virus.
The state is reporting 2,894 cases of COVID-19 with 170 deaths. Nine of those deaths at the Grove Nursing Center in Delaware County. However, Stitt says they have seen a downward trend in the number of new cases.
