Woody's Wood-Fire Pizza Closed Following Kitchen Fire

A popular pizza joint in Joplin is closed today, and will be for sometime until they can get the repairs made after a fire at Woody's Wood-Fire Pizza on 7th Street late Thursday night. The Joplin Fire Department got a call just after 9 p.m that heavy smoke was coming from all sides of the building. The fire started in the kitchen area. Fortunately, there were no injuries. The cause was ruled accidental.
