Hawley Slams NBA Over China Apology

Missouri U.S. Senator Josh Hawley is slamming the NBA over controversy about the general manager of the Houston Rockets and protesters in Hong Kong.

In a letter to the NBA, Hawley says he’s disgusted by the league for opposing the Houston Rockets General Manager Daryl Morey for supporting the Hong Kong protesters who are fighting for their freedom in the oppressive communist nation. He goes on to say he's sickened that the NBA apologized to the Chinese government because they're more worried about profits instead of the brutal tactics the Chinese government use on their own people.
