Motorcycle driver dies in Joplin collision

A motorcycle driver lost his life in a horrible accident in Joplin

The crash involved a motorcycle and a pick-up truck.

Joplin Police say the truck was going east on 7th trying to turn north on Gray and the motorcycle driven by 41-year-old Shannon Burleson of Wyandotte was going west on 7th when the two collided head-on.

Multiple witnesses say they say Burleson traveling at a high rate of speed before the accident
