Blunt says insurance at work beats "Medicare for All"

Missouri Senator Roy Blunt made it clear during a Friday visit to Joplin he is NOT an advocate of the so-called "Medicare for All" touted by many Democrats.

He says the best insurance for America is already here:

"Health insurance works almost almost better than any coverage you're going to get and I hope we continue to get that," Blunt stated during an appearance at a Joplin clinic.

He had praise for "Associated Healthcare Plans" where like-kinds of businesses can join together to get coverage - a plan supported by the Trump Administration.

"It's unique in our country to get insurance at work like 180 million Americans do," Blunt said.
