At least three dead near Golden City after possible tornado

Lamar Police confirm that at least three people were killed after a tornado-warned storm moved through the area west of Golden City Wednesday evening. This particular storm hit the area near Highway 126 between Golden City and Lamar. We're still awaiting more information from emergency management.

Carl Junction Police say early reports show no fatalities and only minor injuries in the Briarbrook area after a possible tornado went through CJ.
