Joplin teen safe after water rescue

They're calling it a miracle. A teenager from Joplin was rescued after her car was swept away by high floodwater near Zora and Schifferdecker late Monday night. 18-year-old Olivia Rogers is now recovering from her injuries after she was found just over 2 miles downstream in Turkey Creek after being in the water for 8 hours.
