Galena selects new superintendent

The Galena, Kansas USD 499 school district will soon welcome a new superintendent. Dr. Trey Moeller has been selected for the position after a five-month search by the Galena Board of Education. Moeller is the current assistant superintendent of curriculum for Webb City schools. His education background includes degrees from Missouri Southern State College as well as Missouri State and from Saint Louis University. Moeller will begin his term on July 1st.
