Three locations in Joplin for Christmas Tree disposal

If you live in Joplin and you're looking to get rid of your natural Christmas tree you can do that at any of three locations in the city.

Following are the locations, according to the City of Joplin website:

• The Public Works Center at 1301 W. Second;
• The Humphreys Park parking lot at 2203 Utica in Royal Heights; and 
• The boat parking lot on the southwest corner of Glendale and Jackson Avenue.   

Be sure to remove the lights and ornaments and other decorations before leaving home.

Trees can be dropped off until the end of the year.
