3 People are Arrested After a Search Warrant Was Served in Joplin Last night

Three People are arrested after the Joplin Police Department and the Ozarks Drug Enforcement Team served a Search Warrant in Joplin last night. When officers arrived at the home at 2102 Kensington one of the 5 suspects on the scene jumped out of an upstairs window and was quickly apprehended by perimeter officers.
Inside the home, officers seized digital scales, baggies, methamphetamine and a 9MM hand gun. Officers also seized a stolen Chevy pickup at the location.
36-year-old Jessica Edans was arrested for distribution of a controlled substance and she also had a felony warrant out of Oklahoma for possession of a stolen vehicle. 36-year-old Christopher Short was arrested for active warrants out from Joplin. 50-year-old David Keith Green was arrested for tampering in the 1st degree. The other two suspects at the home were released at the scene.
