Two Hurt in Go-Kart Accident in Lebanon

UPDATE: Story has been fixed in regards to age of driver and passenger.

Two from Lebanon, Missouri were injured in a go-kart accident south of Lebanon Wednesday. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says at noon, a 22-year-old was driving the homemade go-kart through a low water crossing on private property when it went airborne. After landing, it overturned end over end, ejecting both the driver and a 24-year-old passenger. Both men were taken to a Springfield hospital; One with serious injuries and the other suffered moderate injuries. The crash report says both were wearing safety devices.
