A swing and a miss for a Carl Junction man now facing property damage charges.
35-year-old Jason Brand tried to punch another guy in the face at Discount Smoke and Liquor on Joplin's Main Street last night, but he didn't connect with the guy's face...just the glass on the front door.
Cpl. Chuck Neiss tells us Brand ran away before he paid though. Cops caught up with him in minutes near the intersection of 15th and Rangeline and arrested him.
