Man Arrested in Fire



An alleged arsonist won't be setting fires anytime soon.

40-year-old Timothy Elsey is accused of burning down a home in the 700 block of Highland in Joplin. Elsey's facing second-degree arson and burglary charges.

Bond is set at $25,000.
