Sebelius Says Healthcare Plan Will Pass

Health Secretary and former Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius defends the way the White House has handled the issue of healthcare. 

Critics have said Washington is consumed by the healthcare debate, while neglecting to get a final product through.



Sebelius tells ABC's "This Week" that delays on passing a measure can be blamed on attempts at bipartisanship.
