Easter Egg Hunt Looks to Raise Money for Ronald McDonald House

This Saturday your kids can go Easter Egg hunting, and you'll be helping a good cause in the process. Monica Burlingame of Carousel Park in Joplin tells News Talk KZRG their Easter Egg hunt this weekend will benefit the Ronald McDonald House.

"We have over 15,000 eggs. We do it by height, so we'll have three hunts this year, starting with the smaller kids, starting at 11am."

The Ronald McDonald House is a place to stay for parents of hospitalized children. Annette Thurston of the House tells News Talk KZRG Monica's help is much appreciated:

"We're a totally private funded organization that serves families of seriously ill children. Every dollar will go to directly underwrite the cost of those families staying with us."
