He stole more than $73,000 from an elderly Joplin couple. That's what 57-year-old Terry Parker of Nixa is accused of in a 23 count federal indictment. Parker ran Alliance Contracting of Nixa and was hired to repair a home following last May's tornado. Parker allegedly forged the homeowner's signature on a check for over $38,000 and then allegedly made five wire transfers from the homeowner's account to Parker's PayPal account.
