Treece Buyout Could Start This Summer

About 70 people hear the latest from the KDHE on when the Treece buyout could start. During a meeting Monday night, Director Gary Blackburn said offers could start coming in this summer. They're still waiting on approval from the Kansas Senate on the five members of the trust.
