Tornadoes Reported, No Damage

Reports of isolated tornadoes last night but no stories of major damage so far.

Trained weather spotters say they saw a twister touch down southwest of Neosho and a wall cloud was supposedly seen at Highway F and 43 in Newton County. The Emergency Management Director there says they have no confirmed reports so far.

Trained weather spotters also tell News Talk KZRG that a tornado touched down in Dade county and just south of Carthage.

The biggest story of the night was large hail, some nearing two inches and strong damaging winds.
