Man Sentenced for Domestic Assault

A 22-year-old Webb City man is headed to jail for four years for choking his girlfriend. Robert Comfort pled guilty to second-degree assault. He tried to strangle Ashley Johnson, hit her in the face and then threatened to slit her throat on Christmas last year.
